It’s a good day for stay at home and just paint. First time try to paint something just using palette knife,hard to control but lots of fun.
Don’t know time changed this week, get only 1hour left when we got there, it was fun just throwing paint on canvas.

A friend was sitting for us, light completely changed this time, but the good thing(or bad) is there will be a lot of this kind of day in winter.
something I was working on recently, trying to capture a specific moment in a day when theres a dramatic light hitting on the model, but its been so hard in last 2 weeks, so dark and cloudy no sun light at all. thats the thing about paint from real life, you have to be really patient, its just takes time, sometime is light, sometime is the model.
Had a great out door painting experience at the Oakville harbour,beautiful weather and view, nice and quiet, the only interrupt was a cute little weasel run pass by my foot.
Did this drawing study before i started a painting of my friend Scott.
Did a little study, i still think landscape is the hardest to paint, especially when every kids were trying to scare the ducks away.
